Hartzog, Jr. Obtains Dismissal for Community College in Breach of Contract Case

Dan Hartzog, Jr. obtained summary judgment in a lawsuit filed by a former community college professor who alleged that he could not find work due to alleged statements by his former employer. Plaintiff had entered into a separation agreement with the defendant Community College after being charged with public indecency, which included a confidentiality clause. Summary judgment was granted on the grounds that Plaintiff could not establish a violation of the separation agreement.
