Hartzog, Jr. Obtains Dismissal for Town Client Facing Federal Suit

Dan Hartzog, Jr. obtained dismissal of all claims in a federal lawsuit filed by a former police officer for a Town. Plaintiff alleged that a recently elected Board member used racial language toward him while berating his work performance. Plaintiff resigned his employment due to what he considered a hostile work environment. Defendant obtained dismissal on the grounds that plaintiff did not allege sufficient facts to establish a claim for forced resignation.
