In addition to defending local governments in litigation in state and federal courts, our attorneys have experience serving as in-house counsel to local governments, giving us a unique perspective on the needs of local governments and the issues they face. Our team will work with you to take proactive steps to avoid creating liability, including improving internal policies, conducting training, and offering advice on how to handle day to day issues faced by local governments. If you are faced with litigation, our attorneys are highly skilled litigators, and will work aggressively to obtain dismissal where possible and minimize damages.
